Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at www.treeservicesbeaumont.com (the "Site") or by requesting or receiving services from Apex Beaumont Tree Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the Site or engage our services.
Apex Beaumont Tree Services provides residential and commercial tree services in Beaumont, CA and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion, including jobs that present safety risks beyond our capacity or that require permits or approvals not yet obtained.
All written estimates are based on conditions observed during an on-site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. An estimate is not a contract for services and does not obligate either party to proceed.
Final pricing may differ from an estimate if site conditions change, if additional hazards are discovered upon beginning work, or if the scope of work is modified by the customer after the estimate is issued. We will communicate any material price changes before proceeding with additional work.
Emergency service requests - including jobs involving a tree that has already fallen or is actively threatening a structure - are priced separately from scheduled work and typically carry higher rates due to immediate mobilization and elevated risk.
Scheduled appointments are confirmed by phone or email. We make every effort to arrive within the agreed time window. Delays caused by weather, equipment issues, or prior job overruns will be communicated as soon as possible.
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule should contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee to cover crew mobilization costs.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel scheduled work due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, or heavy rain. We will contact you promptly to reschedule.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed to in writing before work begins. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Specific payment methods will be confirmed at the time of scheduling.
For larger commercial or multi-day projects, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling. Deposit amounts and terms will be specified in the written proposal for that project.
Past-due balances are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per year) on the outstanding balance, or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, including the location of underground utilities, irrigation lines, and any other buried infrastructure that could be affected by the work. We will not be liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities or infrastructure that was not disclosed prior to work beginning.
You are responsible for obtaining any required permits, HOA approvals, or neighbor notifications before work begins. We will advise you when we believe a permit or approval may be required, but the legal obligation to obtain it rests with the property owner.
We perform our work in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not provide a warranty on tree health outcomes following pruning, trimming, or other work, as tree response to service depends on factors beyond our control including disease, drought, pest activity, and soil conditions.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Beaumont Tree Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
If you have a concern about our work or services, please contact us directly first. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute promptly and fairly. Most issues can be resolved through a direct conversation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms will be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Riverside County, California.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
